2. Booking and Payments

Customers can book their airport transfers online through our secure booking system. After booking, available payment options may include cash in the vehicle, bank transfer, Pay in Rubles, and crypto transfer. Card payment is planned and will be marked as coming soon until it is available.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are free of charge. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Provide accurate travel details, including flight number and pickup/drop-off location.
Arrive at the designated pickup point on time.
Ensure personal belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.
Follow the payment instructions for the method selected after booking.

5. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or flight disruptions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
